A partnership built around people, place and careful planning.

Van Dalfsen Van den Beukel Nieuwenhuis is a Polish general partnership registered in Ośno Lubuskie, in the Lubuskie region. Our base is the village of Radachów, a calm place to think, prepare and build.

We work on events and creative projects of different sizes. Each one starts with a conversation about the audience, the space and the budget, and then moves into a clear plan with one point of contact.

How we work

Professional organisation

Written plans, agreed timelines and clear responsibilities, so you always know what happens next and who is doing it.

Flexible cooperation

You can hire us for a full production or for one part of it. We adapt to your team, your venue and your schedule.

A creative approach

We look for ideas that suit the audience and the place, and we explain our reasoning instead of hiding behind jargon.

Attention to detail

Checklists, site visits and rehearsals for the small things that decide whether an event runs smoothly.

Tell us about your project.

Send a few lines about what you have in mind: the type of event, the rough date and the place. We will reply by email.
